Founder & CEO
Dr. Lalarukh Thanvi
Lalarukh is an experienced trainer with almost a decade of experience in customer services, communication and soft skills, client relationships, team management and human resource management, and more than a decade of experience in social working, youth mentoring and counselling.
She has worked with various companies in leading positions such as Customer Services Manager, Regional Head, and Corporate Trainer, where she exercised her knowledge and expertise in providing organisational trainings and customer services and communication skills training to hundreds of employees. She currently works as a freelance trainer, training young school children.
Besides her corporate work, she has been in academia as a visiting lecturer for six years, where she taught, mentored and trained hundreds of young people.
Academically she is a PhD in International Relations with distinction in her PhD, was on the Dean's List in M.Phil, a position holder in BS and in her French diploma, and is a certified trainer from the School of Leadership (SOL) and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). She has conducted successful training sessions for leading academic and corporate organisations.

Humaira Kanwal
Humaira brings a rare combination of NLP certification, institutional experience, and hands-on counselling developed through years of academic engagement.
She has worked closely with some of Pakistan's leading institutions in roles spanning lecturing and institutional strategy. Drawing on that experience, she leads Laira's institutional strategy, programme design, and career counselling services.
Her background in policy and institutional engagement positions Laira uniquely among consultancies that can serve both individual and institutional clients with equal depth.
