Dr. Lalarukh brings over a decade of experience in communication, soft skills training, and professional development. She has trained and lectured at the University of Karachi, the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Iqra University (IU), Ilma University, Bahria University, Happy Palace School, and the British Council, and has led regional operations, HR development, and client-facing teams at the corporate level.

Humaira Kanwal
Co-Founder | NLP Coach & Counsellor | Institutional Strategy Lead
Humaira brings a rare combination of NLP certification, institutional experience, and hands-on counselling developed through years of academic engagement. She has worked closely with some of Pakistan's leading institutions — including the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), The Aga Khan University (AKU), and the University of Karachi (UoK) — in roles spanning lecturing and institutional strategy.
Drawing on that experience, she leads Laira's institutional strategy, programme design, and career counselling services. Her background in policy and institutional engagement positions Laira uniquely among consultancies that can serve both individual and institutional clients with equal depth.
