Our Story
A Gap Rarely Explained by Knowledge Alone
Laira was founded by two certified NLP practitioners with strong backgrounds in corporate and academia, who came together around a shared observation: the gap between potential and performance is rarely about knowledge — it is almost always about mindset, language, and the internal frameworks people use to navigate their professional and personal lives.
Laira exists to bridge that gap. The firm helps individuals and institutions close the distance between potential and performance through evidence-based, NLP-grounded coaching, training, and career development delivered to individual professionals, students and fresh graduates, universities and institutions, and corporates.
